Zyah Belle is a music artist from Vallejo, CA. She developed an affinity for music while singing in her church's choir leading her to pursue more music-related endeavors. The songstress has collaborated with music pioneers Snoop Dogg and Kanye West in addition to releasing several projects of her own. In 2021 Zyah Belle released her EP Who's Listening Anyway followed by her LP Yam Grier in 2022. The album's title and concept are inspired by the legendary Pam Grier's role in blaxploitation cinema. Yam Grier is great for those embarking on a journey of self-discovery, with singles like Healing and Spiritual bath. Zyah Belle provides listeners comfort and relatability with her music using her art to reflect the different life changes experienced while coming into womanhood, navigating love, and finding ourselves.
Mr. Love Ballad wooed the ladies of Twitter last year with what is referred to as "hairy P*$$7 Music". The Angola Native states in a recent Forbes interview that his musical influences were Michael Jackson, Prince, Marvin Gaye, and Stevie Wonder. The ascendancy of these artists is heard in Ballad's singles Read Your Mind released in 2021 and Selfish debuting in 2020. Ballad collaborated with music colleague Ye Ali on Favorite Drug and released Lemonade in 2022. Ballad metaphorically compares his love interest to the satisfying consumption of lemonade detailing his sultry sentiments in the single available on all streaming platforms.
